SARANA TEKNIK INDONESIA yang berdiri pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2017 dengan nomor Akta Notaris : 34 dihadapan Notaris & PPAT Ny, Ayesa SH, Nomor SIUP : 503/8442/380/PT/VIII/DPMPTSP/2017 yang dipimpin oleh Sofi Ali dengan jenis usaha Jasa Kontraktor dan Supplier. Dengan perjalanan waktu maka timbul pemikiran untuk mendirikan perusahaan yang cakupan kerjanya lebih luas yaitu sebuah badan hukum perusahaan terbatas dengan nama PT. SARANA TEKNIK INDONESIA
Pada tanggal 19 Augustus 2017 resmi sebagai badan hukum yang sah. Dengan modal dasar perusahaan sebesar Rp 1.000.000.000,- (Satu Miliar Rupiah).
